A call for papers has been announced based on the outcomes of the Central Asian Congress on Sustainable Management of Land and Agricultural Resources in Arid Regions (CAC-ARID), held on December 20–22, 2025, at Bukhara State University (Bukhara, Uzbekistan).
The 2025 theme, “Advances in Soil, Water, and Environmental Biotechnology,” reflects the growing importance of science-based solutions to address the challenges of climate change, land degradation, and water scarcity. The focus is on cutting-edge research and practical innovations to increase agricultural productivity while preserving ecosystems and natural resources.
The proceedings will include scientific papers presenting research findings and applied developments showcased during the Congress, all contributing to the advancement of sustainable agriculture. Particular emphasis is placed on the exchange of best practices in land and water resource management, the integration of biotechnology, ecology, and engineering solutions, and the strengthening of international cooperation in food security and sustainable development.
Original research papers in the above-mentioned areas are invited for submission.
Selected peer-reviewed papers will be published in the international series Springer Proceedings in Earth and Environmental Sciences (Springer Nature).
