About the Conference

XIV International Scientific Conference on Transport Infrastructure: Territory Development and Sustainability (TITDS-XIV-2023) will take place in Bukhara Engineering-Technological Institute (Bukhara, Uzbekistan) on 26-28 October 2023.


Parallel sessions will be hosted in Irkutsk State University of Railway Transport and Krasnoyarsk Science and Technology City Hall with the support of the Government of the Irkutsk Region and the Russian Federal Agency for Rail Transport.


The Ulaanbaatar Railway (Mongolia), East China Jiaotong University (China), Seoul National University of Science and Technology (South Korea), West Media Express Ltd (Uzbekistan), Bukhara Engineering-Technological Institute, Termez Engineering-Technological Institute and Namangan Engineering-Technological Institute (Uzbekistan), K.R. Mangalam University (Gurugram, India), Belarussian State University of Transport (Gomel, Belarus), Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping (Saint-Petersburg, Russia), Siberian Transport University (Novosibirsk, Russia), Irkutsk scientific center of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Irkutsk, Russia), East Siberian Railway (Russia) and Belarusian-Russian University (Mogilev, Belarus) are partner organizations and universities of the Conference.


We invite scientists, specialists and research teams as well as representatives of the enterprises working in the spheres of transport infrastructure development for sustainable development of territories to participate in the Conference.

The purpose of the Conference is to share the experience of leading experts in the application of innovative technologies, mathematical methods and information management systems in transport logistics, technosphere and environmental safety, traffic support systems, transport electric power industry design, construction and operation of railway tracks and artificial structures as well as in legal, historical, socio-cultural and psychological aspects of transport development.

The best papers in the English language will be chosen after peer-review to be included into the Proceedings of the Conference.

The papers should meet the requirements to the scientific publication.

The registration fee for participation is 250 EURO. The fee is paid after the notice about acceptance of the paper but not later than October 20, 2023.

Venue, visa, accomodation

The Conference will take place in Bukhara (Uzbekistan), parallel sessions will take place in Krasnoyarsk and Irkutsk (Russia).

Visa support and transportation services

Attendees are responsible for determining their specific entry requirements into Russia and Uzbekistan. If you have not already done so, we urge you to begin the process immediately to ensure enough time prior to the conference. 

We do not offer any visa or transportation services. But we are ready to provide all kinds of support and advise.

About us

The public institution "Krasnoyarsk Regional Science and Technology City Hall of the Russian Union of Scientific and Engineering Public Associations" is a non-profit organization whose main goal is the development of scientific and engineering activities; additional education of children and adults, advanced training and professional retraining of specialists in various sectors of the economy and industry, medium and small business; creating favorable conditions for the exchange of scientific and technical ideas and achievements; promotion of modern achievements of science and technology; development of social entrepreneurship.

Krasnoyarsk Science and Technology City Hall has always been the centre of scientific, technical and educational events of the city. Every year more than 20,000 people visit it to participate in all kinds of events like conferences, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, lectures etc.

There are more than 30 resident companies in the building. The building has lecture halls, a big concert hall and 3 comfortable classrooms.

We are situated in Krasnoyarsk - the administrative center of Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia. It is the third-largest city in Siberia after Novosibirsk and Omsk, with a population of more than 1,000,000 people.

The easternmost city of Russia with a population of at least million, located on the banks of the Yenisei River, and the capital of Krasnoyarsk Krai (district). The area is over 2 million square kilometers. Krasnoyarsk is a major industrial, cultural, economic and educational center.

Krasnoyarsk is one of the major scientific research centers of the country. The famous Krasnoyarsk Academgorodok is located in the city. It comprises seven scientific research institutes working in various fields.

The city is located 4,065 kilometers from Moscow along the Trans-Siberian railway. It takes about 2 days and 10 hours to get there from Moscow by train and about 4.5 hours by plane.

Krasnoyarsk is the center of the vast Krasnoyarsk region, it is the second biggest city in Siberia after Novosibirsk and a powerful industrial center.
