St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation and Krasnoyarsk Science and Technology City Hall with the support of the International and Russian Union of Scientific and Engineering Public Associations, UNESCO Departments of St. Petersburg and the Metrological Academy of the Russian Federation are organizing an International Conference on Metrological Support of Innovative Technologies (ICMSIT-II 2021). The Conference will take place in Krasnoyarsk on March 3-6, 2021 and in St. Petersburg on March 4-5, 2021.
Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) is the partner university at the Conference.
Scientists and specialists from Russian and foreign universities, academic institutions, enterprises, design and research centers are invited to participate in the Conference.
The purpose of the Conference is to share the experience in the application of modern methods of engineering physics and information-measuring technologies in high-tech production, in the fields of aerospace, energy, chemical and oil and gas engineering, economics and organization of engineering production, as well as in modern areas of complex research of technical and information systems.
The face-to-face and online session of the conference will be held on March 4, 2021 at SUAI, St. Petersburg within the framework of the III International Forum "Metrological support of innovative technologies".

To be published in the Conference proceedings the papers should meet the following requirements. The papers meeting the requirements of the Conference will be published in IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engioneering, indexed in Web of Science and Scopus.

Submission guidelines:
All authors submitting the papers for publication in IOP conference series are assumed to accept the terms of: IOP Proceedings Publication Licence.
Basic Review
All papers will come through the basic review which is an initial technical criteria check (paper field, structure of submission, adherence to the submission instructions, English language usage and a check for the similarity rate). Any papers out of the scope or containing plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, are rejected.
Peer Review
We use a double-blind system for peer review; both reviewers' and authors' identities remain anonymous. The submitted papers will be reviewed by at least two experts: one editorial staff member as well as one to three external reviewers. The review process may take about 10 days. The reviews will be conducted to the professional and scientific standards
Notification of the Result of Review
The decision to accept or reject the paper is based on the suggestions of reviewers. Acceptance notifications will be sent to the registered author. IOP proceedings licence as well as all notifications about submitting the papers to IOP, publication at the IOP proceedings series will be sent to the authors' e-mails.
Registration Fee Is Paid
After acceptance the authors need to pay the registration fee, and upload the final version of the papers according to the registration instructions. Once the papers have been sent to IOP Publishing, the papers cannot be changed or deleted.
For non-resident participants, graduate students and young scientists, participation with an online presentation is available (E-presentation - from 3 to 5 slides - are issued in free form in pdf / ppt format, the template can be downloaded on the conference website).
Digital presentations of participants will be exhibited on the conference website in the Conference Materials section, and will be broadcast during the conference on multimedia screens in the lobby and in the hall non-stop.
We will provide the participants with visa support documents (an official letter of invitation).
We will be glad to help with accommodation in cozy and hospitable hotels of Krasnoyarsk at special prices to all participants during the conference! by priory arrangement. Accommodation and travel expenses are paid by sending organizations.
