Peer Review Policy for the Conference

Submission Screening (First Stage):
All submitted manuscripts are checked to ensure they align with the conference's scope and topics.

A plagiarism check is conducted using Turnitin software to detect any instances of plagiarism or self-plagiarism.
Manuscripts with low-quality figures, tables, or significant spelling/grammar issues are returned to authors for correction.
Double-Blind Peer Review (Second Stage):
Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts in the relevant field.
Reviewers evaluate submissions based on originality, scientific rigor, relevance to the conference scope, and clarity of presentation.
Feedback is provided to authors, highlighting areas for improvement or revision.
If major revisions are required, manuscripts are sent back to authors for correction and may undergo a second round of review.
Final Decision (Third Stage):
The final decision on acceptance or rejection is made by the Conference Chair based on reviewers' comments and recommendations.
Accepted papers may require minor revisions before inclusion in the proceedings.
